How long it takes to deliver license code after purchase ?
We deliver license keys instantly after purchase. for our customers, safety we check some payments manually according to your trust and strong gateway ( Stripe) recommendations. In this case, it takes up to 30 minutes to check and deliver license keys.
Is it possible to visit the office?
A warm welcome to all visitors who want to visit our office. please check staff availability before coming.
physical product shipment?
We have an option for Bitdefender and IDM brands to deliver license codes in ESD by email or ship legal physical boxes for free to all customers around the Middle East. rest of the products will be delivered in ESD mode.

Is the Payment Gateway Secure?
The customer’s safety is our priority. so we accept global and secure payments only. we forward customers to PayPal and Stripe websites for payments. so you will pay in PayPal and Strip gateways and we are not able to see your payment details.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes Of course, all customers can ask for a refund under the safety conditions.
Due to legal copywriting rules after delivering the license key to a client, we can not return it and refund it instantly. we have opened a case with the vendor and asked to suspend the License Key and after that, we are able to fully refund without additional costs.
fortunately for Bitdefender and IDM brands, we have the freedom to money back and suspend License keys very fast.
